After a visit to Margate, which is where William Turner used to go for painting, and having had a look at his colour palette I was inspired to use those brush strokes and using hands. It's autumn in Europe and I love the colours of the leaves on the trees in Autumn. I'm planning to do a series on the autumn. The subtle hues of orange, rust, yellow, and green is what I've tried to portray in this picture.
