This vintage 5x7 rug is a new addition to Rug & Kilim’s commemorative Mid-Century Pasha Collection. This line is a commemoration of rare curations we believe to hail from multidisciplinary Turkish designer Zeki Müren.

This distressed piece enjoys a gorgeous play of red and green tones blending naturally with the distressed low pile. Connoisseurs will note how rare it is to see this devotion to intricate color and movement in works of this style and period. Keen eyes will therein admire a polychromatic design, and delight in its movement and pleasant presence. This mid-century rug exemplifies Müren’s playful attitude, as well as his modern sensibilities so ahead of his time.
