The molded ironstone food mold has fluted sides and a reverse molded design of a lion in the well. The bottom (which becomes the top when flipped) is open and you can see the lion design through the bottom. The glaze is thick, smooth, and shiny with crazing. There is a flat foot that is very lightly glazed.

MEASUREMENTS

4 7/8” (12.4 cm) long x 3 ¾” (9.5 cm) wide x 3 3/8” (8.4 cm) tall. Weighs 9.6 oz (275 g)
