This is a special (and versatile) table! We don't have a maker's mark visible to us but believe it to be of John Keal's design for Brown Saltman. This expanding table is handsome and versatile. When closed the beautifully figured walnut rectilinear top sits on a pair of cubes - simple and elegant. The top separates and expands to reveal a charcoal/black plastic laminate surface. The wood has been newly refinished and the laminate surface shows minor signs of wear. This table is in beautiful vintage condition.
The top can be set in 3 lenghts - 66, 80 and 95"
