The center base has a raised leaf design finished in 22kt gold. The piece is most likely English from the early 1800’s and can be attributed to either Grainger Worcester or Ansley.

Paint and trim are absolutely pristine, but as the photos indicate, there have been repairs to the center support beneath the plateau. However, this does not detract from the beauty of the piece, nor its functionality. less
