All made by the Federal Glass company in the 1930s and considered depression glass. The design is called Patricia Spoke and consists of elaborate scrolls. Please see pictures. The creamer is 3 1/2" high and 3 1/2" in diameter. The creamer is 3 3/4" in diameter and 3 1/4 tall. There is some very light scratching from normal use on the plates but all four items are in excellent condition. less
