R. B. Higgins was born in 1943 in Co. Down and has become one of Northern Ireland's most well known landscape painters. One of Higgins’ most famous commissions was when the Belleek Pottery Company asked him to paint ‘The Four Seasons’ for an edition of collectors plates.
