The … more Here is a PAIR of matching walnut side tables designed by John Keal, for Brown Saltman in the 1950-60's. The tables have a fantastic hexagon shape with beautiful solid wood base and an incredible "pebbled" top. It's difficult to see the detail and beauty in the photos, but the top is really special - it looks like natural stones inset into a gold, reflective background, and then protected by glass tops. The notes on the bottom state it's eglomise. The pieces are in near mint condition! Really well-kept and my guess is that they were rarely used. Very versatile pieces and a timeless design. less
