This beautiful lithograph after Fernand Leger (1881-1955, French) was printed in Paris in 1959 by the iconic printer, Fernand Mourlot.
The original piece was a poster by Leger for his exhibition for the Musee De Lyon in 1955 in Lyon, France. In 1959 Mourlot created a number of "Miniature" posters of the leading artists of the early to mid-century. This lithograph is an original sought-after "miniature" from the 1959 printing. It is in excellent condition and only shows very mild toning to the border. It comes with a certificate of authenticity. When I purchased 22 of them I envisioned them displayed together - it would be vibrant and spectacular. Check out the other miniatures on my web site. less
