This is not a defect and just very old so I never attempted to tighten it because was always afraid to may cause damage to the glass or crack it, so I left it undisturbed since it was purchased that way. less

➤This beautiful and very rare Antique (Early 1900's) Loetz Art Glass is from my personal collection purchased almost 40 years ago. It was acquired from an auction house and always kept in a glass enclosed cabinet. In perfect antique condition with no visible signs of any damage such as scratches or chips. It's an absolutely gorgeous piece and looks fantastic with the iridescent color in various lighting conditions!
Signed Loetz Austria at the bottom (See last picture).
I tried to take as many close up pictures as possible to get a good feel of the great condition its in. Pease check the photographs for closer inspection of this beautiful SIGNED LOETZ and the elegant fish design base. The condition is excellent. The top glass is securely attached to it's base, but it's not completely tight, therefore there is a slight wiggle to the top glass. This is not a defect and just very old so I never attempted to tighten it because was always afraid to may cause damage to the glass or crack it so I left it undisturbed since it was purchased that way. This piece is very old and valuable so I didn't want to mess with it. Please feel free to ask any questions before purchase. less
