This Beautiful and Rare SIGNED Oil Painting by famous British Artist John Frederick LIoyd Strevens titled "Yvetta" (British, 1902-1990) comes securely wrapped.

➤I purchased this beautiful rare SIGNED oil painting 38 years ago from a very reputable antique store. It's been enjoyed while babied at the same time, so it's very well taken care of and been displayed in a non-smoking home in guest room area. Since I've downsized to a much smaller home due to retirement age, unfortunately have to let go of this fantastic and elegant work of art. I tried to take as many close pictures, in various ambient lighting condition as possible, for you to get a good feel of the wonderful condition its in. The condition is excellent with no visible flaw. There is signature both on the painting and also the back as displayed. Please feel free to ask any question before purchase.

About The Artist:
➤John Frederick Lloyd Strevens (1902–1990) was a British artist who regularly exhibited at the Royal Academy, the Royal Society of British Artists, the Royal Society of Portrait Painters and the Paris Salon.[1]
Strevens was born in London and studied at Heatherley's School of Fine Art but was a largely self-taught painter. His early life in Edwardian England continued to inspire his work. He would regularly use his wife and daughters as models for his paintings. His first one-man show in 1947 featured "The Three Princesses" which depicted his daughters Josephine, Victoria and Virginia. In the 1960s he became particularly known for his oil paintings of children and flowers and was a successful portrait artist. Many of his paintings of children and flowers, were made into prints.
