A pair of French art deco lamps in nickel plated bronze, around 1925-1930. They hold beautiful shades in salmon colored frosted molded-pressed glass by Muller frères the famous glass factory from Luneville France. This model shade is represented in the old Muller catalog under #5915A "tulipe modèle aux rideaux". A model that's always signed but the signature is almost never completely visible, it was placed very close to the upper hole of the shade and often it was partly removed when they grinded the shades top at the factory. The shades were signed Muller freres Luneville. Normally only parts of the word Luneville remained visible. See last picture.

The height of the lamps is 18 cm (7,09"), and they have a diameter of 13,5 cm (5,31"). The pair is in very good condition. Some very small chips on the inside of the rim. Invisible with the shades placed on the bases. The bronze mounts have been re-nickeled, and the lamps are rewired with new twisted rayon covered cord, new plugs and switches.
On the picture they still had their old French bayonet socket. I rewired the lamps with American candelabra base ones and US 2-prong plugs.
