It has both a paper thonet label and a ligna stamp underneath the seat and therefore was likely produced in the late 40s / early 50s. Ligna was an after world war ii nationalized thonet factory.

the original colour of this chair was brown. In the 1960s/1970s it was painted red. This red paint layer has partly worn off. This piece has an attribution mark,
