The box is in excellent condition, with effectively no usage wear for its age. It shows pride of ownership from the previous owner. This piece is part of interior designer Lucia Lawrence's private collection and it has been stored in a climate-controlled environment continuously, wrapped in shipping paper. It is clear to us that this box was created with a decorative purpose in mind, which is rare for the period and the region.
