The parrot’s feathers are intricately painted with hundreds of blue brushstrokes and a few bright yellow details. Hyacinth macaws are the largest of parrots, measuring nearly 3 feet in length (1m). These cockatoos are native to South America. The tiny lines that detail this blue hyacinth macaw’s face can only truly be appreciated in person and up close!
