Victorian carved wood loveseat gets a second chance by just recovering the ivory silk patches with a cotton table cover that gives this piece a boho chic vibe! I added the pieces over the original with upholstery staples and may need reinforcement.
I love the way the colors on the fabric plays with the wood tone and carving details. The original silk is beneath it as it was stained but cleaning it was not successful. The spring seating support is original and intact. Very comfortable settee for that lovely reading nook or at the breakfast nook table!
Comes from a smoke less environment.
I hate to part with it but have too much furniture.
