Castore is a black and white artwork realized by giorgio de chirico in the half of 20th century. Rare specimen on light blue paper. Black and white lithograph. Hand signed by artist with pencil. Signed by artist in the bottom right on the plate. Edition of xv copies (viii / xv) this is one lithograph of the series "cavalli" published in rome by editor carlo bestetti for the "collezione dell'obelisco". This artwork has been printed in 121 exemplars by maestro litografo igino alessandrini, roma. Edition consists in: 3 exemplars printed on the hand-made paper of fabriano in black-white and in colors; 15 exemplars numbered from i to xv, printed on the hand-made paper of fabriano in black-white and in colors, in the first state; 9 exemplars for the author, editor, out of market; 94 exemplars numbered from 1 to 94, printed on the hand-made paper of fabriano. Published in the general catalogue "g. De chirico: catalogo dell'opera grafica 1921-1969", by alfonso ciranna, edizone la medusa, roma, 1969, n. 113 this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
