Vintage Moroccan silver plated deep-dish and cover set also known in Morocco as Tbe9. It’s handmade using the ancient method of Repousse, an old technique that has been utilized all over the world, in which a malleable metal is shaped by hammering from the reverse side to create a design in low relief.
This rare dish is from the early 1900’s, and has been passed through a few generations. Now, it can be the perfect addition to your home of office décor. It can also be used to serve dry food items like bread, cookies and fruits, to name a few.
Our tbe9 is approximately 20” high and 12" x 15", and weighs just a few pounds.
