A gorgeous, well-crafted and compact Minton-Spidell side, end or drinks table finished in a beautifully hand-painted distressed black lacquer with parcel-gilt accent. The table features a simple tray-style top with stylishly shaped corners and gold leaf highlights along a galleried edge. The table is supported on straighten reeded legs conjoined by x-shaped stretchers.
The handcrafted finish has the warm, beautiful and distinctive patina of an antique. Like most pieces in the Minton-Spidell collection, much of its beauty derives from the artistry of the design and superb craftsmanship.
