- Wall-mount valet in teak with leather straps and lacquered masonite back by Adam Hoff and Paul Ostergaard for Virum Mobelsnedkeri, … more Wall-mount valet in teak with leather straps and lacquered masonite back by Adam Hoff and Paul Ostergaard for Virum Mobelsnedkeri, Denmark, c. 1960's. A sculptural and flexibly functional composition with nice details, including finger joints to all four corners, the carved teak coat hanger and pegs, and the built-in recessed tray on top for things like keys, change, etc. Original label on back, as well as round Virum Mobelsnedkeri medallion on bottom edge of teak frame. Measurements closed: 10 3/4" tall x 21 3/4" long x 2 1/2" deep. Measurements open: 11 1/4" deep x 14 1/2" tall. A wonderfully designed and built, very functional piece, with wonderful patina to the teak. These were retailed primarily through Illums Bolighus. less
