Brass is darkened. Bottom shelf is a bit slanted I am guessing this if from one of the wheels being askew. Does not change the functionality. PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY AT PHOTOS as the image shows the frame is askew. WHEELS: One of the wheels on the backside is askew (see last photo for example). The wheels still function and this does not change the functionality of the cart itself. The wheels show heavy patina to the brass and the rubber is very worn on all. drink holder rings are 4 and 5/8"diameter
each shelf measures 15 and 5/8"deep x 29 and 1/4"wide less
