The smoother surface also can be interchanged. They are yin and yang. There is no glass or top that comes with this. You will do that at your end. They can be separated at a great distance to make a large dining room table. They can have a travertine top, a marble top or a glass top. The uses and sizes are endless. This is real coral from the ocean. Each side of the pedestals are 28.5" H x 12" W x 18" D. They are very heavy and will need to be trucked. That is why for the photo shoot we could not even move them. These are better than travertine.
