Add a distinctive touch to your decor with this gothic-style gilt brass candlestick from the 1940s. This beautiful French candlestick with knopped stem rises from a claw-footed tripod base, which is highly decorated with ornate motifs and mythological creatures. This fine decorative piece stands 22" tall and is in very good condition with very minor wear from age and use. The gilt finish is original and has a nice patina. The base is unmarked and the socket can accommodate a 1"" taper candle.
