A stunning example of Italian Murano Art Glass, here we offer you a 1980’s Elio Raffaeli + Robert Cammozzo Oggetti Sunset Disc with Original Stand. In Excellent (near mint) Condition with no chips, scratches or flea bites. Artist signed with original sticker.
The Murano team trained previously with the famous artist Livio Seguso and are well known for their modern reinterpretation of the traditional aquarium and incredible glass forms. Their styles are widely imitated by many Venetian factories and makers through out the world, but never with the same elegance and richness of details. This particular style has a romantic + celestial aesthetic with the sun setting into a horizon within the dense glass piece. A postmodern metal stand holds and cradles.
