Handwoven in wool circa 1980-1990, from a rare vintage curation of small-sized Kilim rugs joining our tribal classics. A lineage called Sofreh rugs, distinguished among Persian flat weaves for durability and playful hues alike.
The 4x4 piece carries a unique attitude and a refreshing take on traditional tribal patterns with more inviting colors for their period. The collectible enjoys a distinguished tribal pattern in rustic beige-brown, blue, and red running up the chevron zig zag patterns in a way that beautifully complements the size.
Thriving in good condition, a subtly experimental piece among its nomadic origins—unique in colorway and pagination well suited to an array of projects.
