Though the French National Lottery has existed since the 16th century, in 1933 it was reestablished as a means of fundraising for victims of the first world war. Taxes and the price of tickets decreased while advertising increased in an effort to democratise lottery tickets.
This poster has light tearing and creasing around the edges and pinholes. Please see photos. Ready to frame.
