- This vintage restored John Stuart desk is from the 70's. It has 2 drawers and has been recently white lacquered … more This vintage restored John Stuart desk is from the 70's. It has 2 drawers and has been recently white lacquered inside and out. The drawers were also redone in the interior. It is a campaign style desk with a X chrome base. It was manufactured by the West Michigan Furniture Co. in the 70's. The chrome was semi polished but no redone. It has a few minor scuffs on the front of the X frame and also a few dings. That will remain as is. It is chic, a perfect size, solid and a great desk. it is 24" H to the bottom of the drawer. It has great desk space on the top. less
