This most unusual mid century modern dark glaze exterior bowl has the gorgeous crackled glass center of turquoise and green called glass fritte. The outside glaze is rough and dark green brown. From the Netherlands as signed on the bottom. This is very much in the style of Bitossi.
The original felt from the time period is on the bottom.
