Velvet on seat Cushion's have very minor wear. These can always be replaced by a furniture Reupholster. Just have them sew new ones. The pillow inside can be replaced also as they are in zippered cushions. One small tear in the underneath cover but Sewn They look perfect in the present condition they are in, and do NOT require any repairs. less

High Back Chair is 45" in Height
Chair is 26 1/2" wide
3" Thick Zippered Cushion (Can replace the pillow insert for a higher firmer cushion if you so desire.
We found it difficult to part with these chairs as we wanted them for our own home, but just can't keep every gorgeous piece we find.
We Cannot Sell for less after we deduct commissions paid out purchase cost and warehousing we do not make much at all less
