There definitely is somewhere on the lamp shades as indicated in the photos. A slight crack in the shell on one and just a little water marks on both shades. Please see photos for those details. Looks like one of the harps have also been replaced so they are not matching. The Metal base is in mostly good condition but as you can see has a little vintage patina. Still a really handsome and super cool vintage lamp set and priced accordingly to its condition. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out before purchasing.

It’s a pair of 1970s industrial style floor lamps with adjustable height. If you have a three-way bulb it also sports that feature but doesn’t seem to work with my incandescent bulbs.
They look strikingly similar to the Sonneman Lamps by Robert Sonneman Palo but the manufacture sticker has almost completely peeled off of the lamp socket Making the maker mark illegible.
Has the original wiring and in great working condition. The lamps have a maximum height of 68 inches and a minimum height of 47 inches. less
