The platform base is claw-footed with embellished fluted legs and a raised relief, wreath design motif. The piece is a perfect addition to nay social, soiree, special occasion, holiday, and/or dinner entree serving pieces within one's dichotomy and prefernce(s) abound. It is in excellent condition considering the era, with "only,' minute minuscule scratch or two, but patina to silver, only needs a better polishing than what we gave it, otherwise a superb serving addition.
