Irritating with intricate details Some of the gold gilt has worn off over many years . However , this provides quite a beautiful striking. patina. Glass in the mirror is fogged also do to age. The frame is exquisitely carved. This mirror is in exceptional condition for it’s age! This stunningly beautiful mirror is a rare find and will enhance all it surrounds!! A 1800’s treasure of a mirror. Placing a new mirror in this awesome exquisitely carved frame would be inexpensive if the buyer chooses. We have touched up a very small corner nick and will add a picture of this very small minor corner nick. It is surprising what exceptional condition this truly stunning Antique mirror is ! We wiped the dust off three of the sides to show off the gold gilt more clearly. We left one side to show the darker age color of authenticity of the mirror’s age. The fourth side could be quickly wipe clean of age dust build up in a matter of minutes which we can be easily done if buyer desires or would like us to do. However it can be left for its authenticity. less
