This is an original nautical mast lamp or mast sconce, made to be waterproof, in strong aluminium, Mid-Century style. The architects Roman & Williams redone this iconic modele, in their Atlas Collection, models called "WaterWorks".

The sconce have no light inside, the are not wired. it should be wired by an experienced electrician for proper installation, depending on your needs and the chosen local installation.
