The chair became immensely popular and was dubbed "The Chair". The chair has it's original patinated oak finish, the seat fabric and foam have been replaced with a chocolate wool mohair from Donghia. The chair is stampled on the inside rail "Johannes Hansen / Copenhagen / Denmark". The approximate dimensions of the chair are: 30 1/2 inches tall, 25 inches wide, 20 3/4 inches deep. See less

The frame has very little wear or tear, there is a very slight nick on the side of one arm and natural discolortion on the back of the back rest.. The seat cover and foam have been recently replaced.
