The menu has been placed between two glass panels and framed in a Giltwood stand created in the mid-19th century. The front of the menu is illustrated in 1958 by Jacques Cordier. The interior of the menu is handwritten with daily specials. This was obtained from the estate of famous interior designer Frances Elkins. less
