Stylish cane basketweave two-part parsons sofa or settee made in the style and manner of Billy Baldwin. Beautifully crafted from a wood frame embellished in a geometric pattern cane basketweave. Each section measures 32 inches wide and 32 inches deep. The seats are topped with fitted loose seat cushions in a confirming shape with new fabric. The settee is well preserved with a beautifully darkened patina that still has a lovely sheen and luster. No makers mark however the sofa is made in the style of John Hutton, Danny Ho Fong, and Billy Baldwin who crafted timeless pieces in this style and material from the mid-century. Gracefully curved edges and minimalist style with a distinctive profile.
