Atomo is a superb floor lamp realised by the prestigious glass company Venini in the late 60s.

Since 1921, Venini has transformed precious silica sand into molten glass, which is then blown and crafted by hand, reflecting the perfect balance between traditional techniques and contemporary art and design. Precious “Made in Murano” creations that stem from centuries of skill and knowledge.
This precious lamp is made of 2 separate pieces of Murano glass.
The glass top is realised with the "maculato" technique where white matte dots are harmoniously fused in the molten glass. You can understand the beauty of this craft even by caressing the glass.
The base is made of a pure classic white glass.
The lamp fits a regular E27 light bulb and it shows the original rounded switcher.
This piece shows how every Venini's creation is unique and enriches Murano’s longstanding glassmaking tradition.
A collectable lamp which is representative of the refined Italian craftsmanship.
This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
