A rare collectable vintage crackle glaze ceramic decorative set of a sugar bowl and a creamer in a shape of finely dressed elephants. These gentlemen have khaki pants and blue jackets with green collars and raspberry pink shirts. Head of the taller piece comes off as a cover. This piece can be used as a box, and it is 4.75"L x 3.5"D x 4.5"H. The creamer is 4.25"L x 3"D x 3.25"H. Both are dated with an old sticker: 1947. Handmade. Detailed and beautiful. A lovely addition to your bookcase, desk or vanity. Japan, 1947. Excellent condition - clean, no cracks or chips.
