It features a series of beautiful illustrations of a young bride & groom, their bridesmaids and what appears to be cupid -charming two of the young ladies in the wedding party. The fan is made up of 6 beautifully printed cards tied together with tasseled string at the bottom.

While the fan dates from 1900, the frame is newer (1960s?) and made of faux / composite wood / plexiglass. It has done both a wonderful job of preserving this fan, while still giving it that antique look...

This fan is a rare and real piece of late Victorian history and will be the highlight of whatever setting it finds itself in.

The frame measures 22 5/8" x 14 7/8" x 1 1/4" depth. it weighs 4lb.
