Save for the upholstery, redone by the previous … moreThis expertly designed and crafted lounge chair is in overall excellent condition. Save for the upholstery, redone by the previous owner in 2018, this gorgeous chair is in 100% original, vintage condition. The plywood walnut shell does show a bend on the top portion of the headrest and can be seen in the photos provided. With that said it does not effect the sitters position nor comfortability and the wood surface itself is in excellent condition showing only light nicks and surface scratches but no stains, gouges or other damage whatsoever. The vinyl shows no tears, stains or odors whatsoever. The metal base is also in excellent condition showing no scrapes, deep scratches or rust whatsoever. The mechanism that allows for adjustment of the angle of recline works exactly as designed and the chair spins 360 degrees. This iconic chair is ultra comfortable, structurally sound and ready for decades more of use. Please view all photos for details on this lounger's current condition.
