Large Size & Scale Serving … more This Really is a Beautiful Antique American Sterling Silver Two Piece Matching Salad Serving Set. Large Size & Scale Serving Fork & Serving Spoon. Circa Very Early 1900s. The Set is Done in a Fancy Embossed Classic Rococo Style - Design. It is Signed - Was Made By The Whiting Manufacturing Company. It is Also Marked STERLING as well as Having a Patent Date of 1898. Each has a Hand Engraved Single Letter ? Monogram on Front of Handle. They are Made out of Solid Cast Sterling Silver with a Substantial Combined Weight - Total Weight 213.42 Grams / 6.862 Troy Ounces. The Set Is In Very Good Original Condition - No Damage. The Set is Tarnished and it Could use a Good Polishing.
The Spoon Measures 1 1/4 inches Tall x 12 inches Long x ( Bowl ) 2 1/8 inches Wide.
