Considered one of the design icons representing in the country, his pieces reflect his eternal search for the minimization of production costs and industrial processes, offering quality, and easy-to-assemble furniture. His attention to wood materiality, comfort, and simple, elegant lines can be recognized as his legacy.

This particular pair of sling chairs utilizes most likely Brazilian imbuia hardwood, or Brazilian walnut, a wood typically utilized in Arnoult's furniture.
