This beautiful piece is in excellent condition with a very few minor scratches on the cobalt glass. No chips or cracks.

The design includes a sun and floral design on the main body of the holder. The handles are flying dragons. The Body appears to be a brushed silver.

There is no Maker’s Mark that I have been able to find. I have looked it over many times with a loop and magnifying glass.

This Holder was found in the Washington, DC Estate of a French Antiques Dealer over 11 years ago.

The Holder measures 7” Length x 3.5” Tall x 3.5” Deep. It weighs 11.04 ounces or 313 grams. less
