Lovely softly abstracted watercolor plein air landscape painting circa 1925 depicting a green and golden field with blowing trees and low mountains against the horizon. Signed "Serre" at lower right, from France. Recently framed with a new linen fabric mat and all acid-free materials in a period carved giltwood frame with old glass.
