1960s Persian Mahal Rug. Hand woven in the Hamadan region of Iran. Distressed and refinished in the U.S.
These intricately handwoven carpets using centuries-old techniques from all over the old world, are distressed and organically neutralized from its original colors to produce revolutionary works of art in our own facility in Los Angeles. Refinishing, a concept that recycles discarded out of fashion oriental carpets that no longer fit in our lifestyles. It is no longer your parent's carpet.
