Stunning Henredon "Scene 3" double pedestal dining table in burled walnut and black lacquer. This striking, oval shaped table extends to almost 100" in length with its leaf inserted.. The heavy, double pedestal base is extremely solid, and the rich burled walnut on table and chairs is accented perfectly by the black lacquer trim. Henredon is one of the finest furniture makers in America, and the quality is second to none. This dinning set has been very well cared for, and is in excellent condition. Each piece has a beautiful lacquer finish that protects the wood, in addition to looking great. A wonderful statement piece for your dining room.
There are a total of 7 pieces in this set. The table and the chairs (2 captain chairs, 4 regular chairs) with custom made cushions, are all in excellent condition . The chairs have caned (woven) seats that are very comfortable.
Everything is in 'like new' condition except for minor scuff marks on the base of the pedestal and very light surface scratches that are only visible at certain angles. less
