These are a pair of white rattan scroll arm chairs with blue patent upholstery. They look like George Mulhauser Red Sultana Chairs but these are rattan vs. wood. Somewhat a vintage petite design with super curled bent rattan arms and 360 super smooth swivel. The fabric is a blue patent that has wear but can be used. I have not been able to find them. Picture with some blue and white chinoiserie pieces.
Condition: Some scrapes to the painted finish at bottom. I noticed 1. Leave or touch up. One wood plug is missing. Can be replaced. Does not affect the structure. Fabric can be used but shows some wear.
