Magda jurek is an artist, designer, and the founder of the eponymous brand and design studio pani jurek. She graduated with a painting degree from the academy of fine arts in warsaw and currently utilizes her art studies to bring a conceptual approach to her design work in the aim of creating products that are not obvious and atypical. Apart from a unique design, pani jurek's products are handmade and rooted in the language of art. She designs products that can be changed or rearranged depending on the space and awaken the user's own creativity. Magda jurek is also a co-founder of “based in warsaw,” an association set up to enhance social design and increase design in public areas.
