This brilliant collection may be a study for a cartoon or comic strip. This artist wonderfully captures the expressive faces of the figures, which would look fantastic individually or framed as a collage. The bottom left figure is named 'tio [uncle] pepe', which is a well known brand of spanish sherry. Artist name: signed (unidentified at present) approx date: mid 20th century bigger size: h 27 cm x w 22 cm smaller size: h 25 cm x 16.5 cm medium: ink on paper condition: generally good. Some age-related wear. Please see photos. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
