A gorgeous example of an 18th century English "chest on chest" - 8 drawers with original brass hardware. Carved bracket feet typical of the Georgian era. An attractive piece that is also great for storage. This piece was well cared for and is in excellent condition.
Some drawers are lined with old newspaper. You can see the date on newspaper piece shown is dated "Feb. 27, 1869".

Measures: 62 1/2 inches tall x 39 1/2 wide x 18 inches deep.
